During the late 19th century numerous silverware manufacturers in Italy, Germany and the USA used an alloy of 80% silver and 20% base metals to produce flatware. These seven 5 1/8" dessert forks are beautiful! They have a lovely floral design with some tarnish but otherwise good condition. Their combined weight is 107 grams (5 weigh 15g, & 2 weigh 16g). NOTE: This is 85.60 grams of silver or 2.7521 Troy ounces. At time of listing the silver value is $76.674.
